What is the return policy?
We hope that you will love your fine art print. If for any reason you aren't happy with your print, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of placing your order. Please email studio@rachelromanowsky.com to organize.
What about framing the artwork?
The Print comes without frame but is printed on very heavy and high quality paper that is easy to frame. Feel free to reach out if we can answer any framing questions or if you would like a suggestion.
Is the white edge included in the indicated sizes?
The white edge around the actual print is included in the sizes as indicated in the product description. The artwork can also be cut down and custom framed by your local frame shop.
Where can I buy original artworks?
All prints originate from oil, ground marble and found material paintings that are produced by Romanowsky in her studio. Please email studio@rachelromanowsky.com if you are interested in original artworks.
What are the prints made on?
Museum-quality print made on thick matte paper. Add a wonderful accent to your room and office with these prints that are sure to brighten any environment.
Hahnemühle German Etching®is a traditional mould-made copperplate printing paper, complete with an inkjet coating designed especially for FineArt applications. This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
